Torri Moretti plants its roots in the solidity of history, looking towards the future.
Moretti designed the building based on a pair of villas present in the area, depicted in a 1927 painting by Carlo Socrate, expertly blending a classic approach and modern vision. This is the origin of its unique shape, ideally divided into 3 sections (base, central body and crown), with an unprecedented upward climb, thanks to an expressive vertical rise provided by decisive shapes and reflective materials.
An organic sculpture by Claire Falkenstein seamlessly combines the two glass sections, crowned by the circular shapes typical of Moretti: a veritable gem that shines in the Piazzale Flaminio area.
Torri Moretti:
style at the center
Torri Moretti aims for the sky, like your business.
With its unique shape and mixed use (office and retail), Torre Moretti is unparalleled in this area, making it the perfect location for those seeking visibility and prestige.
The complex is situated near the Aurelian Walls, a few steps from the Villa Borghese gardens. From here, a short walk leads to the Flaminio station of metro Line A and, crossing Piazza del Popolo, to Via del Corso.

Torri Moretti is rendered even more valuable thanks to its unique position in the historic centre of Rome, easily accessible through all public transport.
The absence of a limited traffic zone also makes it accessible via private means: a strategic and central location like no other.
A new elegance
Torri Moretti continues its story with a renewed shift towards the future, thanks to a prestigious refurbishment project that will highlight its uniqueness, without distorting the building’s iconic features. The entire redevelopment project is based on Moretti’s design processes, updating them to modern-day technologies and materials.
Its large mirrored facades will be embellished by new touches of light provided by contemporary and elegant bronze pieces, and the entire project will follow three guidelines: respect for the existing building, return to the original and adaptation of performance.
